Ben jij een ambitieuze (junior of senior) professional of een gemotiveerde trainee met interesse in luchtvaart, technologie en missies die ertoe doen? EASP AIR is op zoek naar nieuwe collega’s die zich herkennen in het profiel van een Sensor Operator.

Onze missie-rollen zijn flexibel: Sensor Operators kunnen doorgroeien naar Tactical Officer of zelfs Mission Commander – en andersom. Zo krijg jij de kans om je te ontwikkelen tot een allround missie specialist.

Ervaring is geen vereiste. Wij leiden je zelf op via onze Ground School en training-on-the-job. Wat we wél zoeken is een sterke motivatie om te leren, te groeien en bij te dragen aan missies die impact maken.

Jouw rol:

Als Sensor Operator werk je met geavanceerde technologie, waaronder ons eigen ontwikkelde Command & Control (C3/SA) systeem: I-COP® C3/SA MISSION TOOL. Met jouw kennis, ideeën en inzet help je dit systeem verder te ontwikkelen en optimaliseren. Affiniteit met technologie, luchtvaart of defensie is een pré. Eenmaal ingestapt, zal je werk nooit meer hetzelfde zijn.

Your profile:

- You shall hold a current EASA ATPL(A) (for Captain pos.) and a valid EASA FCL Class I Medical Certificate;

- EASA type-rated on the DO328-100TP (or willing to convert);

-  Have accumulated a minimum of 1.500 hours of actual flight time;

-  Have accumulated a minimum of 500 hours Pilot in Command on a twin engine turbine aircraft;

-  First Officers with significant DO328 hours might be eligible for a Fast Track option.

- A team player with flexibility, curiosity, and resilience

- Comfortable working in small teams and remote locations

- Eager to contribute ideas and help shape the future of our growing company

Furthermore:

-  EU Citizenship and resident is a must;

-  Maritime Surveillance and/or ISR experience is preferred;

-  A big pre when the candidate carries Low Level Flight Experience;

-  Military or Air Police background might be a pre;

-  Flexible team spirit is a must;

-  UK language at proficiency level 6, in word and writing is a must;

Fulltime fixed-term employment contracts only 

- Part-time employment is no option;

-  Your Home Base will be Schiphol Airport The Netherlands;

-  10 days ON - 5 days OFF and/or 12 days ON - 6 days OFF rotations.

Profiel:

- Jij bent leergierig, flexibel en stressbestendig en daarmee een uitermate ambitieuze (sr. of jr.) professional of trainee;

- Nederlandse ingezetene is een must en kandidaten moeten de Nederlandse taal uitstekend beheersen, in woord en geschrift.

- Een ICT achtergrond en/of ervaring is een pre. Goede kennis van Windows, Excel (en Office) is een must;

- Het kennen en begrijpen van de basisconcepten van vliegtuigterminologie is een must;

- Militaire en/of Luchtpolitie achtergrond kan een pre zijn maar is zeker geen must;

- Heb je de nodige missie ervaring met Radar en (High Definition) FLIR, NAV, COMMS? Dat is een pré maar geen must. Dan gaan we je dat gewoon leren;

- Kennis dragen van maritieme terminologie (mijlen, sea states, IMO, UNCLOS-conventies, etc.), de principes van ISR en Search and Rescue (SAR) is een pre;

En verder:

- Je beschikt over een collegiale en flexibele teamgeest met een proactieve houding;

- Je beheerst de Engelse in woord en geschrift;

- Na je proeftijd en training bieden wij je een vast dienstverband;

- Je bent bereid om te reizen en te werken in dynamische omgevingen;

- Jouw thuisbasis is Schiphol Airport Nederland.

-  Candidates without EU citizenship will not have their application processed.

-  If you were not successful in the application proces in the past 12 months, you are not eligible for a new application.

-  Please do not submit an AI-generated cover letter. Doing so may result in immediate disqualification. We strongly encourage you to be authentic and use your own words and inspiration.

note:

¹ A Personal Security Clearance Certificate (PSCC) shall be issued by the applicable National Security Authority of the applicant and is a must.

  An application will only be considered if the applicable National Security Authority will/can issue a PSCC within a timeframe of 3 months.
